Consumers are “bombed” from advertising. All companies say that all their products are wonderful… but reality can be very different.
Now Web 2.0 create “Advertising 2.0”
With new tools, users can see and compare:
– Prices of products grouped by category
– Technical details
– Large images of products
– Direct links to on line retailers (so you can obtain discounts…)
But the most important innovation are users reviews. So consumers can relate their experience and companies are forced to contend with them.
There is an interactive relationship, while on TV or newspaper we can only see an
stuff.tv, that contains also Experts reviews. It’s skilled on technology gadgets.
